"Absolute joke, my gf was in an accident several days ago, vehicle is totaled. Everyone we have tried to talk to has no clue what to do and just transfers us to someone else. Always end up just getting a machine with no answers and no calls back. It's been 4 days now with no vehicle, no rental, no answers. Will be getting a lawyer."
We responded:
"Hey Matthew, I understand the claims process can be frustrating sometimes. Most of the time insurance companies, no matter who they are, won't accept full liability until all parties have been talked to and a full investigation is completed by a claims handler. Our office is open M-F, 9 to 430, and if we are on calls with other customers you can leave a message or simply stay on the line to be connected to a 24hr claims representative. Feel free to stop in or call and we'll give you some other ideas how to expedite the rental process in the mean time. "

"Quoted me in extremely low price for my home insurance and car insurance, had me transfer everything over to their company. Then told me 30 days later that they would not be able to cover my home, Leaving me without any insurance. Salesman did not inform me of any of this occurring or that my policy had not been canceled until I received a check in the mail and the notification that my insurance had been dropped. Unsure why they did not expect the home before quoting me the policy, having transfer everything over and pay for the services. I would stay far away from this branch As I would not let them ensure my bicycle. They were completely dishonest, and left me in quite a predicament."

Our rates are great because of our strict underwriting principles, and we expect our policy holders to be open and honest about the property we are insuring, whether it is car insurance or home insurance."

"Terrible. Keeps billing my account. Now its over drafted several hundred. Not getting any response from his office either"
